Be on time!!! Which means at least 10 minutes early!!!
Friends, Food and Cell Phones are not allowed during practices
Bring Water Bottles!!!
Work, Dr. Appointments, Social Events, Other Sport Commitments are not excusable reasons to miss practice
You must notify a coach personally if you are absent from school or going to be late for school related reasons!!!
